1. Before using the relay, check whether there is any damage caused during transportation. Set the relay to the first setting point, turn the movable system to the magnetic pole direction by hand, and then release it. The movable system should be turned back to the original. Position until the stop.
2. When the relay is re-adjusted, it must be guaranteed:
a, the axial movement of the movable system is between 0.15 and 0. 25mm;
b. The air gap between the moving piece and the magnetic pole should be uniform. Under any action, the moving piece and the magnetic pole should not touch each other;
c. During the action, the movable system must not be stuck in the middle position;
d. When the pointer is rotated from the first scale to the maximum scale, the loops of the hairspring shall not touch each other;
e, when the contact is in the open position, the total air gap between the static and dynamic contacts is not less than 1. 5mm;
f, the gap between the static contact piece and the limiting piece is from 0.1 mm to 0.3 mm.
3. The adjustment of the minimum setting value of the relay is mainly to change the reaction force of the balance spring. The adjustment of the maximum setting value is mainly to change the air gap between the moving piece and the magnetic pole.
